Solve : CPU @ 100%? |

You should be able to disable the service and locate the program and uninstall it. Under XP and 2000 the UD Agent will normally only run if logged in to the account under which it was installed.I am running under Win XP home I have disabled the UD agent in services to no avail. I have run virus scans as <br/>in norton, Fix-It-5, and trend micro on line again to no avail.<br/>AdAware and spybot S&D came up with no answers.<br/>You will have to disable the UDService program. <a href="https://interviewquestions.tuteehub.com/tag/go-468886" style="font-weight:bold;" target="_blank" title="Click to know more about GO">GO</a> into task manager and stop the service from running.
