Solve : DELL Inspiron 1545 Won't Start Up?

Answer» <html><body><p>Hi<br/><br/>I have a <a href="https://interviewquestions.tuteehub.com/tag/dell-12895" style="font-weight:bold;" target="_blank" title="Click to know more about DELL">DELL</a> Inspiron 1545, following a windows update when i restart my laptop it loads up to the windows sign and then to a black screen with just my cursor.<br/><br/>To load the laptop up I have to turn it off and <a href="https://interviewquestions.tuteehub.com/tag/perform-1150848" style="font-weight:bold;" target="_blank" title="Click to know more about PERFORM">PERFORM</a> a repair, then restore to a previous point and then the laptop will load up fine.<br/><br/>However, when it then loads up the windows updates are ready again for when i shut down so every time i shut down i am back to square one and have to <a href="https://interviewquestions.tuteehub.com/tag/go-468886" style="font-weight:bold;" target="_blank" title="Click to know more about GO">GO</a> through the whole cycle of restore again.<br/><br/>Any help would be much appreciated. I have also ran test on hard <a href="https://interviewquestions.tuteehub.com/tag/drive-959713" style="font-weight:bold;" target="_blank" title="Click to know more about DRIVE">DRIVE</a> and found no problems<br/>My DC Power Jack is broken on my laptop, which means i have to have my laptop always plugged in on charge.  <a href="https://interviewquestions.tuteehub.com/tag/could-410026" style="font-weight:bold;" target="_blank" title="Click to know more about COULD">COULD</a> this be a reason? Yes...a local shop can replace the DC jack receptacle for not alot of cabbage...</p></body></html>
