Solve : Device Manager error code 31? |

This is a Win98 machine? Have you updated the drivers? From what I understand, this code reports a problem with the device not working because it depends on another device that is probably not working. With the two drives throwing errors, I would be concerned it is the IDE controller. Could be a ribbon cable maybe. Need more info: <a href="https://interviewquestions.tuteehub.com/tag/age-237940" style="font-weight:bold;" target="_blank" title="Click to know more about AGE">AGE</a>, ram, cpu, OS, <a href="https://interviewquestions.tuteehub.com/tag/etc-251218" style="font-weight:bold;" target="_blank" title="Click to know more about ETC">ETC</a>.
