Solve : Different monitor driver for Vista? |
Answer» <html><body><p>Hello, <br/>I have <a href="https://interviewquestions.tuteehub.com/tag/recently-620395" style="font-weight:bold;" target="_blank" title="Click to know more about RECENTLY">RECENTLY</a> bought a new computer with Windows Vista. However, I picked a <a href="https://interviewquestions.tuteehub.com/tag/different-951434" style="font-weight:bold;" target="_blank" title="Click to know more about DIFFERENT">DIFFERENT</a> cheaper <a href="https://interviewquestions.tuteehub.com/tag/monitor-563344" style="font-weight:bold;" target="_blank" title="Click to know more about MONITOR">MONITOR</a> to the one that was part of the package. The problem is that I dont think the new monitor has been set up to deal with windows Vista as the screen looks stretched horizontally(1024/768). And if I change the resolution to 1280/800, then it doesnt stretch to fit the screen (and cannot be stretched using the monitor settings).<br/><br/>The 1280/768 also doesn't work<br/><br/>Furthermore in both cases, the fonts look blurry.<br/><br/>Should <a href="https://interviewquestions.tuteehub.com/tag/monitors-1100878" style="font-weight:bold;" target="_blank" title="Click to know more about MONITORS">MONITORS</a> be installed to work with Vista? Do i need to download new drivers?<br/><br/>It is a LiteView TFT-LCD (LM15W) 15".<br/><br/>Any help would be much appreciated...Monitors usually come with its drivers on CD. Did you install those? Is it <a href="https://interviewquestions.tuteehub.com/tag/wide-732346" style="font-weight:bold;" target="_blank" title="Click to know more about WIDE">WIDE</a> screen, or regular screen monitor?<br/>Windows version shouldn't matter. It's between your graphic card, and a monitor.</p></body></html> | |
