Solve : error d0000452. computer won't boot.?

Eventually it said that the error was d0000452. I have <a href="https://interviewquestions.tuteehub.com/tag/seen-1199302" style="font-weight:bold;" target="_blank" title="Click to know more about SEEN">SEEN</a> some repair things to download (that I found on my kindle) but I can't turn the computer on to download them. What type is nit? Did it have other problems?
