Solve : f5 problem? |
Answer» <html><body><p>when i press f5 instead of refreshing, the control switches to another folder(as if alt <a href="https://interviewquestions.tuteehub.com/tag/tab-25634" style="font-weight:bold;" target="_blank" title="Click to know more about TAB">TAB</a> was pressed).but it is not exactly like alt tab because the control always switches to a particular folder. If that particular folder is closed and another folder is opened then when f5 is pressed the control switched to another folder. If no other folder is open then pressing f5 refreshes the page(its normal function).......how do i fix this??plz hlp....Have you tried using another keyboard to be sure about the issue?<br/>An F5 function key for refresh and F6 for toggle/switch on folder/WinExp which is a keyboard shortcut and literally found besides both on a standard keyboard may point to this behavior. Which means you may have a keyboard malfunction on one or both of these keys. You may also try cleaning your keyboard from dust.thanks for ur hlp......but i tried the windows on <a href="https://interviewquestions.tuteehub.com/tag/screen-25632" style="font-weight:bold;" target="_blank" title="Click to know more about SCREEN">SCREEN</a> keyboard utility....then also same prob!!!!!!!! I think the prob is a software one and not an hardware one....any other <a href="https://interviewquestions.tuteehub.com/tag/solutions-22437" style="font-weight:bold;" target="_blank" title="Click to know more about SOLUTIONS">SOLUTIONS</a>?Quote</p><blockquote>any other solutions?</blockquote><br/>Is your USB Device Legacy Support <a href="https://interviewquestions.tuteehub.com/tag/enabledbrbr-2611522" style="font-weight:bold;" target="_blank" title="Click to know more about ENABLED">ENABLED</a> under <a href="https://interviewquestions.tuteehub.com/tag/bios-398764" style="font-weight:bold;" target="_blank" title="Click to know more about BIOS">BIOS</a> setup utility?<br/>You may want to try uninstalling/reinstalling keyboard under device manager, Scan for hardware changes, or simply reinsert your keyboard port.</body></html> | |
