Solve : How do I decrypt the file and folder?

Hi, it was not with the SP 2, the problem was with the private key, it was deleted by mistake which caused all the problem.....now it was restored and the files and folders could be decrypted.....thanks to all the suggestions given to me.....</p></body></html>
