Solve : How do I get rid of this Bad Image window??

I have to click on it like 15 times before it doesn't come up anymore. If all is loaded on the desktop and I want to play Solitaire or <a href="https://interviewquestions.tuteehub.com/tag/hearts-239327" style="font-weight:bold;" target="_blank" title="Click to know more about HEARTS">HEARTS</a>, the window will pop back up again and need to be closed. Please could someone tell me how to get rid of this??
