Solve : Is there a way for the computer to ask "Are you sure you want to shut down"?

I was wondering if there was a way if when I hit the power button, my computer wouldn't automatically shutdown, but instead ask me "Are you sure you want to shut down" or something like that. I am tired of swiveling my chair towards my TV for a moment just to have my knee hit the power button and then have 5 more minutes of my life wasted. If anyone has any help towards my <a href="https://interviewquestions.tuteehub.com/tag/dilemmaaeur-439715" style="font-weight:bold;" target="_blank" title="Click to know more about DILEMMA">DILEMMA</a> I would be very grateful.<br/><br/>Before posting this I tried searching around google to find an answer to this and I for once I couldn't find what I wanted through a search engine XDAh ha!
