Solve : 'JAM INSIDE'? |
Answer» <html><body><p>I have a <a href="https://interviewquestions.tuteehub.com/tag/brother-768950" style="font-weight:bold;" target="_blank" title="Click to know more about BROTHER">BROTHER</a> DCP-7065DN. Recently, when I push to <a href="https://interviewquestions.tuteehub.com/tag/print-21288" style="font-weight:bold;" target="_blank" title="Click to know more about PRINT">PRINT</a>, the printer stops <a href="https://interviewquestions.tuteehub.com/tag/working-243555" style="font-weight:bold;" target="_blank" title="Click to know more about WORKING">WORKING</a> and displays a message saying 'jam inside'. The problem is that there isn't any jam! I press the 'start' button and everything returns to normal - until the same thing happens again - sometimes several times a day. Can anyone help me to cure this problem?<br/>Optical sensors (that detect jams because paper is outside the normal <a href="https://interviewquestions.tuteehub.com/tag/path-11833" style="font-weight:bold;" target="_blank" title="Click to know more about PATH">PATH</a>) can be fooled by small pieces of paper debris, loose toner, dust, etc. Try cleaning.</p></body></html> | |
