Solve : Keys rearranged?

Answer» <html><body><p>I installed Norton 360 and also ran my <a href="https://interviewquestions.tuteehub.com/tag/windows-22662" style="font-weight:bold;" target="_blank" title="Click to know more about WINDOWS">WINDOWS</a> update last week and then shut down my computer.  When I put my password in the next day it wouldn't work.  I noticed after a couple times that all of my keys were in different places.  Like the D <a href="https://interviewquestions.tuteehub.com/tag/key-11608" style="font-weight:bold;" target="_blank" title="Click to know more about KEY">KEY</a> when hit is actually the E key and the S ket is the period.  All of the keys are in the wrong places and I can't figure out how to fix it.  I have tried a new <a href="https://interviewquestions.tuteehub.com/tag/keyboard-532411" style="font-weight:bold;" target="_blank" title="Click to know more about KEYBOARD">KEYBOARD</a>, same issue.  I have resorted to using the onscreen keyboard under <a href="https://interviewquestions.tuteehub.com/tag/accessibility-846839" style="font-weight:bold;" target="_blank" title="Click to know more about ACCESSIBILITY">ACCESSIBILITY</a> just to function.  I have reinstalled windows, I have uninstalled Norton 360 and scanned for viruses.... Any ideas??Go into Control Panel / Keyboard / Properties.  What's there?<br/><br/>Alan &lt;&gt;&lt;  Quote</p><blockquote>I have reinstalled windows</blockquote> Clean install, or over the top?1.
