Solve : Monitor resolution, Windows 98SE to 2000 Pro?

Settings are limited to 16 colors, area range only 640x480 or 800x600. I've tried a few options in "Visual Effects", and that was some help but still a below-average resolution. I'm guessing that I need a new driver? The monitor is a Magicgraph 256, NeoMagic Corp.<br/><br/>Help, Anybody??
