Solve : My computer won't start :-(?

Answer»

Hello everyone, first of all I'd like to this is my first time on this forum, and I am glad I found it.

I have Sony Vaio laptop with Vista.

Now the PROBLEM is that every time I turn on my laptop, it shows the screen that come up of you did not turn the laptop correctly. Now, I always wait till it turns off to close the laptop, and I never force it to turn off, so that is not what it could be. Whenever I choose an option (either safe mode, safe mod with drivers, normal, etc), it stays on the Windows loading screen forever. Sometimes it goes back to the screen with he start up choices.

I'd like to know what might have caused this, and if there is a fix :-)

Thanks!Do you remember downloading/running/installing anything before this happened?

Any error messages?

Do you have the Windows CD?
