Uncheck Turn On Narrator. <br/><br/>If it comes back, restart your computer, at the login screen at the lower <a href="https://interviewquestions.tuteehub.com/tag/left-236578" style="font-weight:bold;" target="_blank" title="Click to know more about LEFT">LEFT</a> of screen you see the Ease of Access button. Left click and bingo a dialogue opens.
