Answer» <html><body><p>The administrator account got deleted on a Vista <a href="https://interviewquestions.tuteehub.com/tag/laptop-1066410" style="font-weight:bold;" target="_blank" title="Click to know more about LAPTOP">LAPTOP</a>, and the other user does not have administrator privileges. How do you get in to create a new adminstrator account? Did you try <a href="https://interviewquestions.tuteehub.com/tag/going-1008806" style="font-weight:bold;" target="_blank" title="Click to know more about GOING">GOING</a> into safe mode?  Usually if you go into safe mode, there is an account simply named "administrator".  Go into it and create a new one.  Are you sure all other accounts dont have admin privelages? In Vista real administrator account can't be deleted, because it's <a href="https://interviewquestions.tuteehub.com/tag/hidden-2109891" style="font-weight:bold;" target="_blank" title="Click to know more about HIDDEN">HIDDEN</a>.<br/>If some account with admin privileges got somehow deleted, <a href="https://interviewquestions.tuteehub.com/tag/access-846773" style="font-weight:bold;" target="_blank" title="Click to know more about ACCESS">ACCESS</a> hidden admin account: <a href="https://www.howtogeek.com/howto/windows-vista/enable-the-hidden-administrator-account-on-windows-vista/">http://www.howtogeek.com/howto/windows-vista/enable-the-hidden-administrator-account-on-windows-vista/</a>, and create new account with admin privileges.<br/><strong>IMPORTANT! When done, hide real admin account again, so nobody plays with it.</strong></p></body></html>
