Solve : pc restart when loading personal settings?

Answer» <html><body><p>what i have done on it before not occure, i have uninstalled kaspersky,install revouinstall,Fcleaner and cloud panda <a href="https://interviewquestions.tuteehub.com/tag/anti-379578" style="font-weight:bold;" target="_blank" title="Click to know more about ANTI">ANTI</a> and Malwarebytes Anti tool. because this pc have problems with virus skype. after that i have restarted it and when come loading personal setting srceen it restart immediately by it seft all times.<br/><br/>But i can enter in to safe mod <a href="https://interviewquestions.tuteehub.com/tag/normal-1123860" style="font-weight:bold;" target="_blank" title="Click to know more about NORMAL">NORMAL</a> is no restart so i have uninstall all i have done above, disable all services and startup in msconfig and also disable some drivers like: <a href="https://interviewquestions.tuteehub.com/tag/network-236637" style="font-weight:bold;" target="_blank" title="Click to know more about NETWORK">NETWORK</a>,vga,sound. but it still restart the same when come Loading personal setting screen.<br/><br/>Note: I also have chosen Last known good configuration(.......) in Option Menu. yes it ok for temporary for a while. but whe i start restart it again and let it to <a href="https://interviewquestions.tuteehub.com/tag/windows-22662" style="font-weight:bold;" target="_blank" title="Click to know more about WINDOWS">WINDOWS</a>, it still restart when come loading personal setting screen.<br/><br/>so any idea pls help i will looking for ward before i deside to reformat windows if no choose.<br/><br/>thank<br/><br/>SAM<br/><br/></p></body></html>
