Solve : Photoshop CS5 Layers?

Answer»

I open two digital images side-by-side on the monitor.
I go to the layers palette and unlock the layer for the first image.
When I try to create a layer for the second image, I only get a
transparent layer. HOW TO PROCEED FROM THERE?

Thank you. What exactly are you trying to do with the two images? You can open two images by selecting both images and opening them.I believe you can only add effects to 1 image at a time...why side by side ? ?If I knew what he/she is try to accomplish, I could probably help.Quote from: Guzeppi on April 22, 2014, 08:05:10 AM

I open two digital images side-by-side on the monitor.
I go to the layers palette and unlock the layer for the first image.
When I try to create a layer for the second image, I only get a
transparent layer.
