It flashes constantly- on an off at a high rate. if you <a href="https://interviewquestions.tuteehub.com/tag/move-548879" style="font-weight:bold;" target="_blank" title="Click to know more about MOVE">MOVE</a> the cursor around to different areas of the page the hourglass may disappear. if it stays on the screen next to the cursor its always hyper an flashing. it does this <a href="https://interviewquestions.tuteehub.com/tag/even-976335" style="font-weight:bold;" target="_blank" title="Click to know more about EVEN">EVEN</a> when the cursor isnt next to the hourglass.
