Answer» <html><body><p>Yes I did that and then rebooted again and it went straight to loading XPIf you can boot from floppy, use Smart Boot <a href="https://interviewquestions.tuteehub.com/tag/manager-239636" style="font-weight:bold;" target="_blank" title="Click to know more about MANAGER">MANAGER</a>. There's a link in the software FAQ (see my <a href="https://interviewquestions.tuteehub.com/tag/signature-242351" style="font-weight:bold;" target="_blank" title="Click to know more about SIGNATURE">SIGNATURE</a>).I will try using that but how exactly does it work once i have it downloaded? And does it <a href="https://interviewquestions.tuteehub.com/tag/really-1178981" style="font-weight:bold;" target="_blank" title="Click to know more about REALLY">REALLY</a> matter, considering the error message saying the version of XP i have is newer than then one on the disc?Quote</p><blockquote>I will try using that but how exactly does it work once i have it downloaded?</blockquote>If you run the program you download, from the command prompt, it will display brief help. You'll need a blank floppy.<br/><br/>Quote<blockquote>And does it really matter, considering the error message saying the version of XP i have is newer than then one on the disc?</blockquote>Don't worry about that. XP is XP. Your installed version may just have a service pack that the <a href="https://interviewquestions.tuteehub.com/tag/cd-236847" style="font-weight:bold;" target="_blank" title="Click to know more about CD">CD</a> version doesn't have. You can install it afterwards. Good luck.</body></html> | |
