Solve : Problem upon updating graphics drivers.?

Answer» <html><body><p>Hey guys,<br/>I recently upgraded a graphics card driver on my Toshiba Satellite M50 from AMDs website. And now upon startup I am greeted by the <a href="https://interviewquestions.tuteehub.com/tag/initial-499269" style="font-weight:bold;" target="_blank" title="Click to know more about INITIAL">INITIAL</a> Vista load bar and then a blue screen flashes up and restarts my computer. This happens regardless of using <a href="https://interviewquestions.tuteehub.com/tag/safe-634049" style="font-weight:bold;" target="_blank" title="Click to know more about SAFE">SAFE</a> mode.<br/><br/>The upgraded graphics card was a Radeon XPRESS 200m. I know some of the system specifications, 1.5Ghz CPU with 768mb RAM using Windows Vista Ultimate 32bit (It's <a href="https://interviewquestions.tuteehub.com/tag/currently-428637" style="font-weight:bold;" target="_blank" title="Click to know more about CURRENTLY">CURRENTLY</a> in a state of not being 'genuine' as I couldn't find the software key.)<br/><br/>Hope you can help.<br/><br/>Best regards,<br/>James.What was the reason for driver update?<br/>Is it on-board video, or real video card?<br/>Vista wants 2GB of RAM. I'm not sure if it's on-board video or real. All I know is that it is integrated. Would it tell you on AMD's website if it's real or on-board? I'm sorry just not familiar with the terms.<br/><br/>Best regards,<br/>James.<a href="http://www.maximumpcguides.com/roll-back-a-driver-in-windows-vista/">http://www.maximumpcguides.com/roll-back-a-driver-in-windows-vista/</a>I'd do the above solution if I could get past the BSoD in the initial startup.<br/><br/>James.All Drivers for any laptop should <a href="https://interviewquestions.tuteehub.com/tag/come-409636" style="font-weight:bold;" target="_blank" title="Click to know more about COME">COME</a> ONLY from the laptop manuf.<br/> Used the Windows Vista system restore which seemed to clear up start-up issues.<br/><br/>Will take Patios advice and search from drivers from Toshiba. Until then, I'm taking the remaining driver issue over to the Driver <a href="https://interviewquestions.tuteehub.com/tag/part-238139" style="font-weight:bold;" target="_blank" title="Click to know more about PART">PART</a> of the forum.<br/><br/>Request topic lock.<br/><br/>Thanks for all your help.<br/>James.Nice to see another problem solved</body></html>
