Solve : rectangular magnifying glass woes?

Maybe <a href="https://interviewquestions.tuteehub.com/tag/vista-728089" style="font-weight:bold;" target="_blank" title="Click to know more about VISTA">VISTA</a> does and I haven't found it yet.<br/><br/>Maybe you installed third-party software?Vista does have this feature.</body></html>
