Solve : slow paging and download?

Takes longer to boot, page to page and download<br/>new sights on my MS7 browser.<br/><br/>I ran my Avast, Malwarebytes, <a href="https://interviewquestions.tuteehub.com/tag/superantispyware" style="font-weight:bold;" target="_blank" title="Click to know more about SUPERANTISPYWARE">SUPERANTISPYWARE</a>, Spybot, and Ccleaner. No help. It is very unlikely that BOTH the system and the internet are both experiencing a problem at the same time if it isn't malware related.</body></html>
