Solve : So my computer won't start up...?

Please check the Windows documentation about hardware disk configuration and your hardware reference manuals for additional information"<br/><br/>So I'm on my Inspiron 1520...I started up Windows Media Center on my Vista, set it up, then tried to watch TV, it froze, so I turned it off with the power button.<br/><br/>I hit the Media Direct Key just to see if it would start up, but apparently it doesn't, and now I have that <a href="https://interviewquestions.tuteehub.com/tag/message-25597" style="font-weight:bold;" target="_blank" title="Click to know more about MESSAGE">MESSAGE</a>. I hit the Media Direct Key again and no luck, nor would turning the laptop off and back on again. Holding F12 and going into the boot menu doesn't work, and apparently <a href="https://interviewquestions.tuteehub.com/tag/starting-1224778" style="font-weight:bold;" target="_blank" title="Click to know more about STARTING">STARTING</a> it up in Safe Mode doesn't work either.<br/><br/>It does power up, but other than that, all I get is the error message.<br/><br/>How can I fix this?
