Have you tried using a different hard drive? I've seen messages like this before when hard drives fail.

Other instance of message like this was before an installation to which the SATA controller driver was missing at Windows installation, so the hard drive cant be found at installation YET the BIOS shows it just fine. Since your TRYING to repair an installation, I bet the hard drive is ill and that caused the crash and your trying to repair the install on a drive that is sick and not playing well with the repair process.well it seems to act. as jt loads windows drivers, before failing over to a prompt to a repair or nomal.  which ever I go with it fails with 0x error . also the compuer will not acts. the cd drive but  seems to acts the hard drok the last thing is that before it started to error out was'that if i had anything in the USB port'the PCzwoud try and boot off of that. in trying to change  the boot oder i fat fingered f1 and f2 keys  Just re-set BIOS back to defaults... how do I do thatAt boot up there is a message at the bottom of the screen to ENTER BIOS...do that and select default settings and re-boot no joy same error train  0xc000000e means either the file system is corrupted or the BCD is corrupted. You can either boot from a Windows Disc/USB drive into the recovery environment and use the command Bootrec /rebuildbcd to rebuild the bcd, or you can reinstall Windows.
