Answer» I have an Intel core 2 Duo motherboard. This is a RECENT occurence. When I run Vista everything is fine but LATELY when I have been running Windows 7 one processor is running at like 90% and the other is at 10%. It used to be balanced and never over 25%. I was WONDERING what could be causing this.Where/how is Windows 7 installed? |
