Answer» Hey, i just bought a brand new computer (vista) 3800AMD processor 2gigs of ram X1300 ATI grapghics. it has a 7.1 sound card. And anyway only 2 outa 6 speakers WORK. its weird because on the sound test, all the speakers work. but while playing music, only 2 works. Any suggestions?What do you use to play the music? What do you use to play the music? I use windows media player to play my music. and the format is .mp3. and IM pretty sure its stereo. ill look into upmixing and see if that works. got a link for upmixing? that'll be great. ps thanks for the quick reply so yeah, can anyone give some information on upmixing, links? downloads? I guess i figured it out on my own. thanks for the help tho, i really appreciate it OK, good for you. If I'd been on when you posted back I would've suggested either a new sound card or (more realistically) a different audio player.
