Answer» Okay so I was helping a friend with her computer...It had a small virus-No big deal.Done in no time.Then a update came up saying DOWNLOAD 'windows internet explorer 7' then it took awhile to download then when it was done...It just keeps restarting/crashing the PC over and over again...Now,I have no idea.A little help would be great. Also some Compaq logo comes ups up then some reboot screen...I am lost.lol Tired to research this a little bit... Some calling it a 'blue screen of death'?
