Anyways, how would I fix it?Without any details it's EXTREMELY hard to tell...its a gateway 256MB RaM, 120GB HD, intel celeron processor you think virus in your computer. remove virus using kaspersky. Please stop suggesting this for every PC issue you come across here.The computer doesnt boot up anymoroe, it just stays there with a flashing cursor. I dont want to reintall my operating system from SCRATCH cause it would mean wiping off all the files on my HD. A friend of MINE had a problem LIKE this once, and he said something about rewiting the mbr or something. How would I do that, if I cant even get the computer to reboot Or is something else I can try |
