I mostly use a LAPTOP for business. Went to use the desk top and had this problem. Not a real good computer person so it's not like I was trying something new - just went to us email and could not get on the internet. Please provide more details about your email. What program do you use for email? Is it the same program on both computers? What VERSIONS of Windows are on these computers? This is great - I did creat a new user account thanks to the link PROVIDED. I can access the internet. Have tried the other link provided and did not have as much luck. Doing well until "show hidden files/folders" - "clear Hide Protected . . .
