Solve : accessing a access denied file? |
|
Answer» My virus reported a infected file. The software could not delete it. I tried doing a search for the data and got a access denied. How can I get to this file so I can attempt to remove it? Here is the file name: I'd be careful about deleting that file...Because it's in the System Volume Information directory? Or for some other reason? I wasn't too sure whether it was legit or not which is why I said make sure it is unwanted before deleting. It's either a system file or a system restore...I see. I thought it had to be something LIKE that with it being in that folder, but I wasn't sure exactly what. That's also why it would be in use/access denied, then. Thanks for clearing that up.Turning system restore off & back on might clear it. You're hyper-active this morning Patio, did you miss us? In a big way ! All my buds are here.
