Solve : Accidentally deleted my Windows XP user account?

My brother has DELETED my USER account for Windows XP including all of my photos.  Is there anyway I can restore my user account and/or recover the photos I have lost?

I feel like crying.  You can TRY doing a System Restore...if a restore point was created prior to your brother deleting the account and your files.

If this doesn't work, you may need to locate FILE recovery software to see if the photos that were deleted are recoverable.In future, learn how to protect your computer from IMMATURE children. Learn about setting passwords.
