Answer» I made a new account on Windows XP 2000 and when I shut off the computer my other one was lost(or just gone)please help mE!!!!!!! Not SURE what you've done... In Win2K the new and old account should have both showed up upon re-boot... Try booting into safemode and use the Admin controls in Control panel to see if both ACCOUNTS exist. It's POSSIBLE you simply renamed the existing account but hard to tell without more info on what you did.all my memory was gone and I could not FIND all my important documents on MICROSOFT Word And ? ? What did you try from the above ? ?
