Answer» I own a GATEWAY SX2185. Ever since SUPER Bowl Sunday, I have been interrupted with a blue screen and this message: "Activate Windows" Then a box appears - "Go To PC Settings". They need a 25-letter and number key to activate it, but when I typed it, all I got was "This key didn't work...", etc. I keep GETTING this Error Code: "Error Code: 0X8004FC12". What does this mean? This has been driving me up the wall for a month now. What should I do? Brian Call Microsoft....they USUALLY resolve registration issues very quickly...
