Answer» I have a question, hoping someone might be able to help me with. I received an old computer from my grandfather and am working on cleaning it out. It is an Compaq Presario SR 1511RX running Windows XP SP 2. I reinstalled windows because it was having some major problems then went about tearing out the DEFAULT programs using the ADD/Remove Program utility in the control panel. When I had most of the junk out, I stopped to add AVG. When I ran that installer, it told me I needed to remove Norton's from the computer.
