Solve : Add/Remove program errors??

I have windows 2000 pro.
When I go to add/remove programs under currently installed programs it says there are none installed. Then it GETS CONFUSING, THOUGH it says there are none, I scroll down and the list of programs is there but I CANT change or remove them, the OPTIONS are totally unavailable.

What can I do to fix this?
Please help me. I found this from the Microsoft website hope it helps.
