Solve : Adding English (US) language in Windows 2000?

Hi All,

I join new organisation & they have Windows 2000 professional in 4 PC. It is installed in Spanish language And I don't UNDERSTAND anything. I want to change English (US) language without USING Windows 2000 CD.

I downloaded Service Pack 4 but it shows me Error "Setup cannot update your Windows 2000 files because the language installed on your system is DIFFERENT from the update language"

Please HELP me, I am getting hard TIME to resolve this problem.

You may be out of luck...the English language Pack needs to be purchased from MS for other language editions i believe.Versions of Windows Prior to 7 were localized installations. That is- there were no "language packs", at least not as far as I recall.They were available for XP...You win this round... That could not solve my prob. There are two ways in which Windows 2000 can support multiple languages - localized versions of the operating system and Regional Settings (also called Locales) within a localized version. To install a Locale you need the CD, unless it has been installed already.
As he stated he has no CD he's outta luck as i said.
