Solve : admin account can not change system time?

hello, I've checked everything I can think off but for some REASON my admin account can no longer change system time. I was able to do this yesterday but now I can not. I checked my privileges in group, user, local policies...MADE sure my admin account is still admin even downloaded the support tools for xp and checked myself in cmd whoami /all and it SAYS I have the permission and yet I can not change it.

Any ideas?

Do a system restore to before the problem started.Thank you for the idea! Unfortunately I had to disable system restore while dealing with some trojans/malware. Any other ideas or places to check my SETTINGS in?Are you part of a domain or a STAND alone machine?
