Answer» Hello to all of you forum users. I am new to this site and am in need of some help. Noticing that my computer was being used by several people I DECIDED to try to make myself the SOLE ADMINISTRATOR. Unfortunately, I got it badly WRONG and succeeded in locking myself out. I get messages saying ' Insufficient Permission' when I try and access email attachments and I cannot reach my C Drive. This all seems to be PART of my loss of administrative status. I feel that my computer can be fundamentally re-set so that I have control again but I do not know how. I wonder if,please,any of you can suggest what I should do ? Salutations to you all Sam
