Answer» Hello everyone, My son recently added a range EXPANDER to pick up my wifi internet on his personal computer. After we had it set up he can only log onto the internet under his guest account but can not log on as ADMINISTRATOR. So he can surf but can not download anything. He has windows vista. An error message he gets looks like ABT:BLOCK? NEW to me! Any HELP would be greatly appreciated!
