XP 2, SP PACK 3 - COMPUTER RESTARTS WHEN I ATTEMPT TO OPEN THE PROGRAM (WHEN DOUBLE CLICKING THE ICON OR CLICKING THE PROGRAM IN THE PROGRAM LIST THE COMPUTER RESTARTS - CAN'T GET INTO THE SUBJECT PROGRAM)How long has this been happening?

Did you MAKE any changes or download anything right before this STARTED?if you want a quick solution try this:
i THINK ,,you must go back to the previous state where your computer working . correctly.

will go back to the normal state..where.. the computer works well..
all changes,,,in windows registry will removed cause by the virus..and i ithink
system will back ...to the normal state..
