Solve : Adobe's Flash Player?

I get the below MESSAGE every day and sometimes several TIMES a day, EVEN though I do install the latest version each time I get it. Anyone know why I keep getting this? Thank you.

You do not have the latest version of Adobe's Flash Player

I would uninstall and reboot than do a reinstall......
