Answer» I have a Dell E1505 Laptop with a 256MB nVidia GeForce Go 7300 (Which, since its using the Turbo Cache, really has 357MB RAM) Zylstra...Yes The last thing I did was change a value in the registry, I also restored that. I restored to around the point before I noticed the problem, and again, today, I also restored back to the last Windows update. Still no dice. Maybe your computer is not detecting enough RAM to use it, and it turned it off.Quote from: CompGuy17 on July 21, 2007, 05:30:07 PM Maybe your computer is not detecting enough RAM to use it, and it turned it off.I cant see that as being a problem, it seems that everything is "OK" and usually, it tells you when you are LOW on RAM and its going to disable the special features. True.... have you checked all the display options in the control panel?I dont KNOW how, but I fixed it!!! I just sat and messed around with my nVidia settings, and then ran my expirenece index check again. I noticed that, while I was playing the Sims 2, I was unable to adjust my edge smoothness... so I figured it had to be that I did something wrong the last time I configured the nVidia controls. Well, after messing around again, and then running the expirenece index, it seemed to start working again... Zylstra... I know you've resolved your problem, but have you had a look at this page?
