Hello! Sorry to be a pain but can anyone help me?!!
Last night i updated my avg and when i was finished i SHUT down my laptop installed new updates then shut down.
I've turned it on today and i can't even GET into safe mode! It says installing updates please don't shut down your computer installs 100% then shuts down again! I'm at my WITS end. The only thing i did do which i now regret is i uploaded some pics off my partners phone and i didn't safely remove it when i was done.
I tried to rapair my computer with my windows disc and that tells me if i have recently plugged in a mp3 camera or something else take it out and restart and try again but when i do this it says the same thing!!!
Help me OB 1 your my only hope!Is there any portable discs or cords plugged into the USB ports when you restaRT?

Microsoft offers free phone help on update issues. If they ask to do a remote connection to fix your computer after they get it to boot don't be afraid and let them.

It doesn't matter if your computer is Branded OEM or otherwise they help free in either CASE for updates.
