Solve : After upgrade to Vista..... where have all my Contact Groups gone..???

Answer»

Hi you clever people....  ..... now that we have upgraded to Windows Vista after our motherboard crashed 'n burned....  my contacts list doesn't SEEM to have all my 'Groups' that I had before.  I can create a new Group..... but where might I find the old Groups that I had organized previously...??

Help ANYONE please...... thank you.... How did you "upgrade" to Vista ? ?
Depending on the selections you made the data may or may not be there.I had no doubt, you'd reply in a topic started by any "redhead"....Hi Patio..... you always come to my rescue... You are a gem!
After the computer crashed.... had to buy new motherboard and hard drive, so  The boys at my computer shop rescued and found all the data then transferred it accross.
From what you say, the Groups may not be saved?
There doesn't seem to be anywhere or any tab which will open up the Groups...... so I suppose then if I start a new Group I will see where the "current Groups" tab appears.......if the new one is there then I'll know the old ones are gone FOREVER...!?

I think I must be thick!!

But I did have all my Groups sorted and under control with Windows 98 email address book.

I created a new CONTACT group in my new Vista 'Contacts'...... then couldn't find it.  So I then tried to create it again, but it said there was already a Group with that name.......howvere I still can't find where it's been put!!!

Driving me nuts!!!
