The PROCEDURE entry point qsovt could not be located in the dynamic link library C:\Windows\SYSTEM32\apphelp.dll.
I get this ERROR whenever i try installing something new. I have a 128GB SSD that has my operating system, and a 3TB HDD that i use to store everything else in like movies, games, programs, etc.
Whenever i try installing something, this error pops up multiple times, when i press "OK" it disappears and pops up again. It doesn't stop the program from successfully installing, but it's annoying. How do i fix this?
[attachment deleted by ADMIN to conserve space]It's for FORTE's email client...and InstallSheild in some cases...I have neither of those installed.
In fact, my computer is brand new.Then contact the Authors of InstallShield...i was told they have a patch for it.
Flexera i believe...
