I have a desktop running Vista
I received an email from WEB MD that I believe is a legal site.
It won't open and it won't delete.
It resists all other commands in Window's mail.
It doesn't cause any difficulty but I want to make it go away,

Any suggestions appreciated.have you tried click move and move it to a folder and then delete the folder , harryDelete it in safemode...Thanks for your replies.
Neither approach would work.
It returned the message: An error has OCCUR ed."sorry for asking but did you put a tick at it before you tried to move it  , if you did tick it and TRY and send it to spamThanks for your response.

Yes I selected it. It won't move.
I have done everything I can think of to delete it or move it. It won't open or move.I stumbled upon the SOLUTION to this apparently common problem.

There was a HotFix for it on the MS site.

I down loaded it and 'wallah'... It SURE felt good not to have to look at that mail...

I'm thinking now: 'If it works, don't update.'
