Answer» I have WindowsXP SP3, Dell DIMENSION 4700. For the past few days there has been this beep that is fairly loud and very annoying. I have searched this FORUM and did not find an answer that is like my problem. I have no idea what is causing it. It is there no matter what I am doing, browsing or playing games, etc. Just always there. Please help. I have no virus. Secunia SAYS that my machine is 3% higher SCORE than the average in Tex.I solved it myself. I don't know what caused the beep but following a video driver update it stopped.
