Answer» Whenever I boot up the computer, and log in, this message always pops up:
"The system CLL user.DLL was relocated in memory. The application will not RUN properly. The relocation occurred because the DLL C:\Windows\system\HHCTRL.OCX occupied an address range reserved for Windows system DLLs. The VENDOR supplying the DLL should be contacted for a new DLL."
How do I GET rid of this message? This is a glitch caused by MS's latest UPDATE...
Here's the Fix...I had the exact same problem.I just installed their hotfix.Hope it works.
