Answer» Helo,
I have installed a anti-spyware software (spyhunter) on my computer. So, after it was installed, I let it scan my whole computer. It ASKED me to restart my computer so I did it. After a few MINUTES, there appeared a black screen, it asked to insert my Windows 7 CD for rebooting the system, first time that I saw this. Few seconds later, after I inserted my Windows 7 disc, my pc stopped with working. I've tryed to restart it manual by pressing on the On/Off button, but my pc won't start. While I was restarting my pc, I've forgot to UNINSTALL the previous anti-virus (Bullguard). Can this be the problem?
Can anyone help me to solve this problem? I don't want to format my HDD. I hope that someone can answer my questions!
Thanks!
