Answer» APOLOGIES if this message doesnt make sense but Ive no idea really what Im talking about! I have an Acer aspire notebook 9300, windows vista home premium, its about a year old and until now games have been playing fine on it, the performance index rating was THREE, now for some REASON the rating has dropped to one so now wont play games/dvds etc. I downloaded a driver and now the GAMING scren says new hardware detected but when I refresh to find the new hardware the computer crashes.. Anyone have any suggestions?? Many thanksYou say that the games are no longer running? What games are they? Are they the built in Windows games, such as Solitaire, Hearts, Freecell, Chest, etc? Have you tried System Restore, restoring to a day or two before the driver was updated? Press the Start button, and type System Restore It sounds like the wrong driver was INSTALLED. |
